Guru Yoga Tsok The Tsok offering puja is a ceremony that involves making offerings of food and drink to the Buddhas, the Bodhisattvas and our spiritual Gurus in conjunction with prayers, chanting and meditation. The ceremony is an excellent method of accumulating merit, purifying negativity and giving and receiving blessings. The Tsok offering is important for renewing commitments and averting obstacles. It is a special method through which we come under the care and guidance of the Dakas and Dakinis who bestow completion stage realization.
