Two Day Workshop 11/2-11/3 from10AM to 4PM Arizona Time with Vegetarian Pot Luck Lunch
The 21-day structured Tibetan Buddhist Dharma Challenge designed as a transformative journey reconnecting our body, speech and mind with spiritual study, breathing techniques, meditation, and mudras. Each day of the challenge will focus on specific practices. The challenge will help give us a stronger foundation helping us incorporate spitural concepts enriching our daily lives.
Incorporating specific daily breathing techniques and meditation practices promotes mental clarity and emotional balance. Each morning we’ll practice a specific breathing technique that helps us align our spiritual winds which help us center our thoughts and intentions. Practising mudras helps us embody the teachings physically, creating a holistic experience that integrates mind, body, and spirit. By weaving these practices into everyday tasks we cultivate a richer spiritual understanding empowering us with increased mindfulness, presence, and compassion. The challenge ultimately aims to transform our mundane activities into opportunities for spiritual awakening, fostering a profound sense of fulfillment and connection to both ourself and others.
If attending in person, bring a vegetarian dish to share on Sunday 11/3 for a community pot luck lunch. Emaho will make the soup.
