The Law of cause and effect. Because of karma we are tied to the ever-turning wheel of causation. Understanding cause and effect, dependant arising, we see our actions create effects. We can observe within our lives how karma, at its heart, is intention.

Karma is not just what we did in our past lives , it is what we have done in this life as well. Everything from our past, including what we did this morning makes what we are now. This is what we are in this moment and understanding this we can effect our karma. We can act either positively or not. We have the choice. Understanding our choices, we can choose to effectively create positive future karma helping us to live happier more peaceful lives for not only for ourself but with great intention utilize the laws of cause and effect for the well-being of others.
